Our custom-designed planning fee, starting at $450, includes time spent researching, reserving, collaborating with on-site travel partners, & travel support through the vacation planning process until you return home.

If you are comfortable providing your loyalty numbers for these programs, part of our job is to ensure that they are tied to your reservation. There are however some suppliers we work with who do not allow you to accrue loyalty credit. Simple answer - YES! We always want you to be collecting points for the next trip where you can.

We book International Airfare for our clients as a part of our complete itinerary planning services/package. In our consult we can discuss if it is more simple for you to book on your own based on logins or loyalty programs. Sometimes it is just easier to book your own - we are open to that!

Most often, i can take over a booking which means I will be added as the agent of record and you will receive all of the perks. This will not cost you money, the perks will simply be added to your existing reservation.

We work with a number of highly vetted partners who provide villas and apartments. We do not work directly with Airbnb or VRBO.

Travel Advisors are paid commissions by hotels, cruise lines, and tour operators. Those commissions do not increase the cost of your trip. Most of the time, I am giving you access to better rates or added perks that you would not get by booking direct.

Our planning fee covers the time, expertise, and individual attention we put into crafting your custom itinerary.
